You go on a diet to lose weight. Weeks later, you start to wonder why you’re not losing weight. Popularly, the word diet or dieting means restricting oneself to small amounts or to special types of food in order to lose weight. A diet is a plan that is based on certain food restrictions that tell you what you can or cannot eat.
I was 11. I was at a friend’s house. We went into the kitchen to get a snack and she said, “I only eat snacks with less than 120 calories”.
